Can you match my connector and charging standard?
Yes. Send the connector, part number, sample or drawing and your charging standard, and we design the machined pins and overmold to match. If you have not finalised a connector, we help choose one.
Can you reach IP67 or IP68 sealing?
Yes. We produce sealed IP67 and IP68 overmolded connectors and cables, and pressure or immersion test them to the depth and duration your application requires before shipment.
Do you machine the contact pins yourselves?
Yes. Brass contact pins are CNC machined in-house to tight tolerance with corrosion-resistant finishes, then insert molded for secure integration.
What overmold materials do you use?
TPU and TPE, selected for a rugged, weatherproof and heat-resistant connector that bonds well and holds its seal.
