Send us your documentation and we return a detailed price offer — including unit cost, tooling costs, and DFM feedback — within 24–48 hours.
- Manufacturing drawings with key dimensions and tolerances
- 3D file in STP or IGS format
- Surface finish and treatment requirements
- Silk screening, printing, or laser engraving specifications
- Desired order quantity
Where possible we will also provide advice on the manufacturability of your parts — at no extra cost.
Send a formal purchase order or a simple email listing your part numbers, descriptions, and quantities. We confirm your order in writing and enter it into our ERP system for full production tracking.

MANUFACTURING
Molds are manufactured within 30-45 days. We ship samples for approval prior to series production. For series, we produce the full batch to your approved drawings or 3D files. Before the batch ships, we can send one or two units for your approval if required. Or you can sign off the series on-site at our Dongguan facility.

Every batch is inspected before it leaves our facility. We follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures across all production processes, with full measurement reports available on request.
