For a machined enclosure, list the part number and drawing revision, 6061-T6 aluminium, the finish and masking requirements, and quantities of 100 and 500. Identify any critical bore or sealing-face tolerances and state which inspection report you need. Ask suppliers to itemise tooling and setup charges.
